Christopher Roach is Canopy Growth’s Senior Vice President, Supply Chain and Transformation, overseeing the company’s global operations across cultivation, manufacturing, supply chain, distribution, quality, corporate strategy, and transformation. In this role, he is responsible for driving operational excellence across Canopy’s international footprint and advancing strategic initiatives that support sustainable growth and business transformation.
Christopher is a strategy and operations leader with extensive experience leading large-scale transformation and growth initiatives. Since joining Canopy Growth, he has held senior leadership positions including Vice President, Strategy & Transformation and Chief of Staff, where he worked closely with the executive team to help shape corporate strategy and execute key enterprise priorities. Prior to Canopy, Christopher served as Vice President, Strategy & Operations at Plooto, Inc., and Vice President, Strategy & Innovation at Auxly Cannabis Group. Before that, he was a Management Consultant with Boston Consulting Group (BCG), advising global organizations on operating model design and transformation.
Christopher holds a Ph.D. in Genome Sciences from the University of British Columbia, combining a strong foundation in plant genetics with a data-driven approach to operational excellence and continuous improvement.
