M. Mongeau est un dirigeant chevronn\u00e9 qui compte plus de 25 ans d\u2019exp\u00e9rience \u00e0 la t\u00eate d\u2019entreprises de biens de consommation \u00e0 travers l\u2019Am\u00e9rique du Nord, notamment Weston Foods et Mars Petcare. M. Mongeau est un leader reconnu qui poss\u00e8de une expertise av\u00e9r\u00e9e en marketing, en ventes, en gestion de la cha\u00eene d\u2019approvisionnement, ainsi qu\u2019en fusions et acquisitions. Avant de rejoindre Canopy Growth, de septembre 2022 \u00e0 janvier 2025, M. Mongeau a occup\u00e9 le poste de PDG d\u2019eSolutions Furniture Inc., anciennement Bestar-Bush, o\u00f9 il a men\u00e9 la transformation de l\u2019entreprise afin de renforcer sa part de march\u00e9 dans le secteur du commerce num\u00e9rique de l\u2019ameublement. Cela a notamment consist\u00e9 \u00e0 r\u00e9organiser le r\u00e9seau de fabrication nord-am\u00e9ricain et \u00e0 optimiser la cha\u00eene d\u2019approvisionnement mondiale de l\u2019entreprise. De septembre 2017 \u00e0 mars 2022, alors qu\u2019il occupait le poste de pr\u00e9sident de Weston Foods, M. Mongeau a pilot\u00e9 la r\u00e9orientation strat\u00e9gique et la direction op\u00e9rationnelle de bout en bout de la division boulangerie nord-am\u00e9ricaine, supervisant une \u00e9quipe de plus de 6 000 collaborateurs r\u00e9partis sur 40 sites. Il a \u00e9galement dirig\u00e9 l\u2019\u00e9laboration de strat\u00e9gies commerciales pour les cat\u00e9gories de marques propres et de marques de distributeurs destin\u00e9es aux principaux d\u00e9taillants nord-am\u00e9ricains, et a g\u00e9r\u00e9 la cession de Weston Foods. Auparavant, en tant que pr\u00e9sident de Mars Petcare North America, M. Mongeau a assur\u00e9 la direction strat\u00e9gique et op\u00e9rationnelle de l\u2019organisation nord-am\u00e9ricaine, qui comptait plus de 3 000 collaborateurs, 27 sites de production et trois unit\u00e9s op\u00e9rationnelles distinctes, tant dans les cat\u00e9gories de marques propres que de marques de distributeur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">M. Mongeau est titulaire d\u2019une licence en sciences de l\u2019Universit\u00e9 de Sherbrooke et d\u2019un MBA de l\u2019Ivey School of Business de l\u2019Universit\u00e9 Western. Il a \u00e9galement suivi une formation pour cadres \u00e0 la Harvard Business School.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">M.
