Avant de rejoindre Canopy, il a pass\u00e9 une d\u00e9cennie chez Constellation Brands o\u00f9 il a occup\u00e9 des postes financiers de plus en plus \u00e9lev\u00e9s, apr\u00e8s avoir d\u00e9but\u00e9 sa carri\u00e8re au sein du p\u00f4le d\u2019audit de PricewaterhouseCoopers \u00e0 Rochester, dans l\u2019\u00c9tat de New York.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">De 2018 \u00e0 2025, Tom a si\u00e9g\u00e9 au conseil d\u2019administration de Baden Street Settlement House, une association \u00e0 but non lucratif bas\u00e9e \u00e0 Rochester, o\u00f9 il a pr\u00e9sid\u00e9 le comit\u00e9 de r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration et si\u00e9g\u00e9 au comit\u00e9 des finances et d\u2019audit.
