Avant de rejoindre Canopy, elle a occup\u00e9 le poste de directrice juridique chez The Metals Company, o\u00f9 elle a pilot\u00e9 l\u2019op\u00e9ration de \u00ab de-SPAC \u00bb et la mise en place du cadre de gouvernance ESG, ainsi que celui de directrice juridique chez Aphria Inc., o\u00f9 elle a dirig\u00e9 d\u2019importantes initiatives en mati\u00e8re de r\u00e9glementation et de transactions. Au d\u00e9but de sa carri\u00e8re, elle \u00e9tait associ\u00e9e chez Fasken, o\u00f9 elle conseillait des clients \u00e9voluant dans des secteurs hautement r\u00e9glement\u00e9s sur des questions complexes li\u00e9es \u00e0 la r\u00e9glementation, aux transactions et \u00e0 la gouvernance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Christelle est titulaire d\u2019un doctorat en pharmacologie clinique et toxicologie de l\u2019Universit\u00e9 de Toronto et d\u2019un double dipl\u00f4me en droit (LL.B.\/B.C.L.) de l\u2019Universit\u00e9 McGill. Elle est admise au barreau de l\u2019Ontario et du Qu\u00e9bec, est agent de marques d\u00e9pos\u00e9es agr\u00e9\u00e9 et certifi\u00e9e par Competent Boards avec la d\u00e9signation GCB.D en gouvernance ESG.
