Il supervise les op\u00e9rations mondiales de l\u2019entreprise dans les domaines de la culture, de la fabrication, de la cha\u00eene d\u2019approvisionnement, de la distribution, de la qualit\u00e9, de la strat\u00e9gie d\u2019entreprise et de la transformation. \u00c0 ce titre, il est charg\u00e9 de promouvoir l\u2019excellence op\u00e9rationnelle \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9chelle de la pr\u00e9sence internationale de Canopy et de faire avancer les initiatives strat\u00e9giques qui soutiennent la croissance durable et la transformation de l\u2019entreprise.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Christopher est un dirigeant sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9 dans la strat\u00e9gie et les op\u00e9rations qui poss\u00e8de une vaste exp\u00e9rience dans la conduite d\u2019initiatives de transformation et de croissance \u00e0 grande \u00e9chelle. Depuis qu\u2019il a rejoint Canopy Growth, il a occup\u00e9 des postes de direction, notamment ceux de vice-pr\u00e9sident charg\u00e9 de la strat\u00e9gie et de la transformation et de chef de cabinet, o\u00f9 il a travaill\u00e9 en \u00e9troite collaboration avec l\u2019\u00e9quipe de direction pour contribuer \u00e0 d\u00e9finir la strat\u00e9gie d\u2019entreprise et \u00e0 mettre en \u0153uvre les priorit\u00e9s cl\u00e9s de l\u2019entreprise. Avant de rejoindre Canopy, Christopher a occup\u00e9 le poste de vice-pr\u00e9sident charg\u00e9 de la strat\u00e9gie et des op\u00e9rations chez Plooto, Inc., ainsi que celui de vice-pr\u00e9sident charg\u00e9 de la strat\u00e9gie et de l\u2019innovation chez Auxly Cannabis Group. Auparavant, il \u00e9tait consultant en gestion chez Boston Consulting Group (BCG), o\u00f9 il conseillait des organisations internationales sur la conception et la transformation de mod\u00e8les op\u00e9rationnels. Christopher est titulaire d\u2019un doctorat en sciences g\u00e9nomiques de l\u2019Universit\u00e9 de Colombie-Britannique, alliant de solides bases en g\u00e9n\u00e9tique v\u00e9g\u00e9tale \u00e0
